7 Tips To Get Rid Of Abs Bloating

Abdominal bloating is a condition in which the abdomen feels uncomfortably full and tight and may be visibly swollen (distended).

A lot of times we are filled with gas(distension) and look pregnant, this is an uncomfortable  but yet common condition caused by stress, food sensitivity, lack of enzymes, uncoordinated peristalsis, or eating too much fibre.

Here are 7 tips on how to beat the bloat:

1. Stop eating so many salad. Try cooking veggies or juicing or blending them.

2. Take out garlic and onion to limit fructans. Also look into FODMAPs food.

3. Eat more real food and less processed.

4. Cut out artificial sweeteners.

5. Stop eating "low calories" "fat free" foods like rice cakes.

6. Watch fibre intake.

7. Do not have water with meal.
