Take Note...



... Be a shiny example to your friends & colleagues. You don't need to 2months "fruit only diet" to live healthy.

Please draw up a timetable consisting of fruits, veggiess, chicken, fish, nuts & remember your portion control. If you eat like this for a month your body will adapt to the change. Please stop following fad & harmful diets - our bodies are all different.
